Simple Double Smoked Ham
**Recipe is for one half ham**

Ingredients
- Pre-cooked half ham
- Dijon mustard
- BBQ rub of choice
- BBQ sauce of choice
Directions
- Take a knife and score the ham 1/2 inch deep (make cross-cuts so that the cuts look like squares)
- Use Dijon mustard as a base (coat the ham completely in Dijon mustard)
- Sprinkle on a BBQ rub seasoning of your choice
- Let ham sit for 20-30 minutes
- Heat grill to 250-275 degrees
- Place ham on a baking rack and place onto grill at indirect heat
- Cook for 1 hour then check, continue cooking for another 45 minutes
- Take ham off grill and coat with BBQ sauce of your choice
- Place ham back on rack and put back on grill for another 20 minutes
- Take ham off and let rest for at least 10-15 minutes
- Cut ham into slices and serve
